A Little Taste of Italy, Tucked Into the Hill Country

Step through our stone archway and you’ll find a dining room that feels more like a trattoria on the Cinque Terre coast than a restaurant off FM306. Hand-painted murals of Italian villages line our walls, string lights glow along the entry, and the smell of simmering marinara greets you at the door. It’s the kind of place where a table for two turns into a table for thirteen, because everyone wants in.

In the kitchen, we keep it simple and honest: sauces made from scratch, pasta cooked to order, and pizza with that perfect balance of crisp crust and gooey cheese — the kind both kids and grandparents ask for by name. Guests consistently tell us our chicken parmesan and fettuccine alfredo taste homemade, because they are. Nothing rushed, nothing from a can.
